Hilton Homewood Suites — Hutton Ranch; new hotel — Their updated site plan does not
show everything we need yet.
DNRC/DEQ — Spring Prairie; new office building — Public Works just sent them a letter
listing their many issues. They are waiting for site plans that conform to their comments.
Preliminary plat has been approved; they are in the design phase. Final plat may be sometime
later this year. There will be a roundabout at Stillwater and Farmstead. Public Works has no
problems with the right-of-way. They may get a subcontractor's bond.
Spring Creek Apartments — 10 Appleway Dr.; new apartments — Moving forward on the
flood plain permit. They do not have their 310 permit yet. Public Works just received the
engineering report on Tuesday. We are moving forward with the reviews.
NEW BUSINESS:
None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Church of God — at Northridge Drive and Highway 93. This is zoned R-3. They want to
split off a portion of their lot for a bank (they will need to do a zone change at some point as
well). This portion is about one acre in size. There will be a condition to keep an access
easement through the lot. Frank asked if the flag lot at the northeast corner is wide enough
for a driveway. They will need to maintain a shared access. We will require paving for the
parking lot and access. They will need to put in sidewalks all the way to Parkway. The
intersection on Highway 93 should either be eliminated or made into a right in, right out.
OTHER REPORTS:
House Move — There will be a house move on Monday, July 14th at 5:30 a.m. on Appleway.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
