OLD BUSINESS:
DNRC / DEQ — Spring Prairie; new office building — Several issues remain, but they are
related to the plat — eg water rights, right-of-way, turn -around, bonding. No building permit
until final plat is approved. Nicole gave an update on the plat and showed the early version of
the final plat document. Approved by Site Review.
Spring Creek Apartments — 10 Appleway Dr; new apartments — Have their floodplain
permit. Public Works needs to address a number of issues: bike path, drainage, easement,
grading, sewer, etc. They need stamped plans before they will continue their review. Paul
had not agreed to eliminate the bike path. Fire is OK. Two minor zoning revisions — carport
lights and some parking dimensions.

MedNorth — Spring Prairie; new urgent care. Problem with plans and property line locations.
Minor encroachments in buffer area. Fire needs sprinkler plans. Public Works needs to see
stormwater plan.

side corner to 15/5/10/15
