AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-54, KALISPELL CITY CODE, PROVIDING
FIFTEEN (15) MINUTE PARKING ONLY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WASHINGTON
STREET BETWEEN NORTH MAIN STREET AND FIRST ALLEY WEST.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 17-54 of the Kalispell City Code is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
bb) No motor vehicle shall be parked continuously at
any one place for more than fifteen (15) minutes between the
hours of 8:00 a'clock A.M. and 5:00 o'clock P.M. on the
South Side of Washington Street between Main Street and
First Alley West.
SECTION II. The Police Department and Department of Public
Works are directed to appropriately sign Washington Street
to assure observance of this Ordinance.
SECTION III. All other portions of Section 17-54, Kalispell
City Code shall remain unchanged.
SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
the date of its final passage -and approval by the Mayor.
