OLD BUSINESS:
Goacher — 1303 — I" Avenue West; storage buildings and parking — Ray is okay with this
project. This is approved through Site Review pending Public Works' sign off.
Outlaw Inn — Hwy 93 S; site modifications — nothing new yet.
NEW BUSINESS:
Insured Titles — 411 -1 st Avenue West; site modifications — They are adding an entry which
creates a bump out along the north wall. The handicapped spot doesn't work where they put
it. They are taking out an exit door, and remodeling the whole building. Some parking
spaces will be dropped to rework the parking lot. They are also redoing the mezzanine.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Bay Ridge Estates — They have not submitted anything further yet.
OTHER REPORTS:
Car Wash — They have not submitted their plans yet.
Automatic Caution Light — Reserve Loop at Station 62 — Ray asked James if he knew
anything about this light and when it might be installed. James stated he will check with the
Project Manager regarding the light.
Pancake Breakfast — The Kalispell Fire Department will be having a Pancake Breakfast on
Saturday, October 6 from 7 to 11 a.m. at Station 61 (downtown) in the bay area. Everyone in
the community is invited and there will be an optional donation to help support the fire
department's prevention activities.
