Performance Bond Reminders: Lone Pine Trails is coming up to their expiration date for
completion of several items, e.g. lift station, drainage, and perhaps an amended plat for
eliminating street names for the driveways (ed. note: the corrected plat has been recorded)
OLD BUSINESS:
Hilton Homewood Suites — Hutton Ranch — Public Works will look at where sidewalks will
need to go. They may have an issue with an encroachment into a public utility easement
NEW BUSINESS:
Bass Center — KRMC; administrative CUP; they are focused on getting a foundation permit.
Discussion about ALERT and pedestrian connectivity. Foundation permit OK; Mark will
talk with CTA about sidewalks; PJ will talk with Tom about including a provision in the CUP
that any future projects at KRMC will need a full CUP/master plan
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Glacier Town Center — sufficiency letter went out
Section 36HSW 1/4 — 300-400 units; SFR and multifamily. Discussion regarding 4-Mile and
Treeline roads.
OTHER REPORTS:
Car Wash/Hwy 93 S — ROW acquisition on council agenda for 11/19; location of building
may change. They submitted additional info on drainage.
Town Pump/Hwy 93 S — Parks is OK; Public Works received a cashier's check for $21,000
for sod and paving; rock in boulevard will be taken care of. Striping will be done tomorrow
or Monday.
Stratford Ph 4 — performance bond expiring soon
