Hear the Public: None.
Performance Bond Reminders:
Amore' Salon — will probably have a bond for paving and landscaping.
OLD BUSINESS:
Neal Dental Office — 13 5 Commons Loop; new dental office — Expecting something new for
spring.
Kohl's / Spring Prairie Phase 3 — Hwy 93 N; overall site layout and new retail store —
Public Works received the Engineer's Report on February 15 and the revised Site Plans.
NEW BUSINESS:
KRMC — 310 Sunnyview Lane; additions to existing hospital — The Breast Cancer Center has
their foundation permit. There are still a few minor outstanding items such as lighting, etc.
No other Site Review issues, so they can get their remainder permit. The third floor sleeping
rooms should be merged into the same Administrative CUP, with a cover letter that states the
condition that we don't want to do any more Administrative CUPs. The Cancer Center is
moved through Site Review. The third floor sleeping quarters are moved through Site
Review also, but will need to go to Architecture Review.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Bloomstone Project = Morrison-Maierele is meeting with Frank next week to go over the
road issues. There will be an SID for putting in Four Mile Drive. The water will be looped
down Treeline Road to Four Mile Drive. The water question may be part of Phase One and
avoid having a single leg servicing Phase One. Ray and Sean will also attend this meeting.
Silverbrook — Frank will look at the SIA for the update on annexation of Silverbrook Drive.
This includes the houses on the lots that front on Lazy Creek Way, but it was not included on
their final plat. Will get their plat through and then do an amended plat to get that in there.
Should only record the corrected copy, if possible. They could put Lazy Way as a right-of-
way dedicated to the city and the council would have to accept it.
OTHER REPORTS:
Site Review Procedures - The formality of Site Review procedures and approval was
discussed. Comments on the plan should be provided for the owner with a disclaimer at the
end, and a memo stating it is being provided. Each department, however, will be responsible
to make sure it gets done. PJ will put together a sign -off sheet to be completed at the
meeting, with each department including any conditions and an approval/conditional approval.
Morrison-Maierele Building — Pedestrian access was discussed.
Developers Agreement — Parks is seeking bids for landscaping and improvements and will let
everyone know their new fees when this is completed.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:55 a.m.
