Other Discussion:
Entrance Corridor standards — Designed to enhance entrances into the city. Will be
incorporated into zoning regulations. Discussion regarding garage door orientation — is it
better to have the doors face the road directly or be turned away, which may actually
increase their visibility? Screening may be best approach and use architecturally
appropriate doors. Also apply to loading area, garbage, etc. Adjust to defined areas,
rather than speed limits. Billboards — limit/remove.
