Approval of Minutes: Janet moved to approve June 13 minutes; John seconded.
Approved 6-0.
Old Business:
Brendan House — 350 Conway; new material receiving addition. Russ Skelton,
representing applicant outlined design and the changes from previous approval. Bill
moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 5-0 (Russ abstained).
New Business:
Homegoods— 2280 HWY 93 North; signs — New wall signs. Janet moved to approve;
Julie seconded. Approved 6-0.
Harbor Freight— 2298 HWY 93 North; new Harbor Freight location — new retail
building for tool sales. Applicant went over materials, which are similar to rest of
development. Also, went over fencing/landscaping of loading dock area. Russ moved to
approve; Janet seconded. Approved 6-0.
Great Northern Dental — 85 Village Loop; new office. Applicant discussed the design
of building and outlined the materials and colors. Julie moved to approve; Russ seconded.
Approved 6-0.
Buffalo Stage Professional Park — Bruyer Way; new office buildings. Discussion
regarding the layout of the site and landscaping. Discussion concluded that a landscaped
plan for the area along Whitefish Stage was appropriate. John moved to table; Russ
seconded. Motion to table 6-0.
Big Sky Manor — 110 2nd Avenue West; remodel existing apartments. Applicant went
over the remodel of the building, including materials/colors and changes to site layout.
Russ moved to approve; Bill seconded. Approved 6-0.
Freestanding sign for building — Applicant outlined the proposed sign and location. Bill
moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 6-0.
