Russ moved to approve December 13 minutes; John seconded.
Approved 7-0.
Motel 6 — 1540 Hwy 93 S. Replacing existing freestanding sign with code compliant
sign. Russ moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 4-0.
Billboard — 1000 Hwy 2 W; new billboard replacing faces removed from 1305 Hwy 2
W. Postponed until applicant can be present.
Green Nissan — 2915 Hwy 93 S; new auto dealership. Step in building on south side.
See some roof top units a bit. Mostly corrugated metal. How to tie in front and back?
Landscaping should be taller by building. John moved to table with recommendations.
Russ seconded. Motion to table passed 4-0.
Hammerquist & Casalegno — 1417 1" Ave E; addition to existing office building.
Matching existing. Julie moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 4-0.
Town Pump Car Wash — 445 W Idaho; remodel. Changing siding and adding
entrance/exit features that extend over roof line. Noted potential sign issue that will need
to be addressed through the sign permit. John moved to approve; Julie seconded.
Approved 4-0.
Walmart — 170 Hutton Ranch; color change and updated signage for remodel. Russ
moved to approve; Julie seconded. Approved 4-0.

Other Discussion:
The apartments on Airport Road (Lofts at Ashley) that were recently approved by
Council will be coming in soon. Likely will see several members of the neighborhood
come to that meeting.
