Approval of Minutes: Russ moved to approve January 24 minutes; John seconded.
Approved 7-0.
New Business:
445 Main St. - New wall sign. Lighting TBA. Bill moved to approve; Julie seconded.
Approved 7-0.
Kalispell Ford — Hwy 93/Rose Crossing; new auto dealership. Roof top units generally
concealed. Grey band is good. Discussion on the south side. Needs more on the back
ends. Show actual landscaping and add a bit more along long back sides — use corrugated
metal band. Door painted to match. David moved to table (update landscaping and
metal); Bill seconded. Motion to table passed 7-0.
Old Business:
Green Nissan — 2915 Hwy 93 S; new auto dealership. Tabled at last meeting. Reviewed
updates. Discussed material types and possible rear parapet. Roof top units mostly
screened from the front. John moved to approve. Russ seconded. Approved 7-0.
