Approval of Minutes: Janet moved to approve November 9 minutes; Russ seconded.
Approved 5-0.
New Business:
McDonalds — 1110 Hwy 2 W; new building to replace existing restaurant. Brought
wainscot around bottom; shielded mechanical. Garbage enclosure — split face block to
match. Services through mechanical room off south. Julie moved to approve; Janet
seconded. Approved 5-0.
Old Business:
First American Title — 219 E Center; new office building. Just a flashing cap on the
ends. Updated colors shown on board. Landscaping along sidewalk will go through
Parks. Brick face garbage enclosure. Downspouts mostly internal. Russ moved to
approve; Julie seconded. Approved 5-0.
175 Commons Loop — Adding a small addition off of the lowest floor. We have looked
at 2 similar projects for this property in the last few months. This will match
colors/materials. Janet moved to approve; Russ seconded. Approved 5-0.
