Approval of Minutes: Janet moved to approve August 9 minutes; John seconded.
Approved 5-0.
Old Business: None
New Business:
A-1 Vacuum — 140 W Center; freestanding sign. Top unlit. Electronic message center.
Maybe posts will be blue, may add a planter. Discussed horizontal bar or arched bar
within the framework to make message center more incorporated. Janet moved to table;
John seconded. Motion to table passed 5-0.
J2 — 115 W Wyoming; new accessory storage building. Same materials — fiber cement
lap siding. John moved to approve; Bill seconded. Approved 5-0.
Brass Tap — 85 Treeline Rd; covered patio for new restaurant in existing tenant space.
Likely changing the design, but take a look. Wood beams, steel columns, new door. Bill
moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 5-0.
Glacier View Professional — 165 Commons Loop; new office building. Reviewed
elevation/landscaping details. Janet moved to approve; Julie seconded. Approved 5 -0.
Professional View — 175 Commons Loop; addition to existing office building. Three
small bump outs over roof areas. Bill moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 5-0.
Other Discussion:
General discussion for ARC awards. Nothing stands out. Bill moved to not award any
this year; John seconded. Motion passed 5-0.
Discussed using drop box for sending out plans.
