and Margaret Davis (Citizen).
HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Moose's Saloon — They have posted a $2,700+ Cashier's Check. Their Landscaping is all done, but
they are going to extend a little bit of paving so there could be a back-up area and establish an ADA
parking space. That should be done fairly soon. Public Works will have Mark Crowley take a look at
this.
OLD BUSINESS:
RDO Phase 2 (Phase 1 was only interior work) — Public Works has sent out comments. Parker is
getting closer to completion of his review. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Great Northern Dental — 85 Village Loop; new office. They are still waiting for their geo-tech
results. Tabler stated comments have been sent out. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Casa Mexico —1600 Hwy 93 S; addition to existing restaurant. Carver is working on their design.
This will be on the agenda for next week.
Owl View Landing — Sawyer Lane; new multi -family condos (8-plexes). Reviewed in June by Public
Works. Tabler stated the storm pond is in the SE corner of the property, there are three buildings N
of Sawyer and then two buildings S. One of the conditions was that easements were to be created so
with the storm sewer system they all had beneficial benefit and it's not just isolated to single
ownership. Nygren noted that it will be three lots that will be Final Platted soon, and the easement
can be added on the Final Plat. The street will get dedicated on the Plat, too. Sorensen noted that
river rock is not allowed in the City. Wiley and Owens discussed this with the committee and will
discuss this with Fincher. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Spring Prairie 4 (Shops 2) — 2244 Hwy 93 N; new tenant space. Nygren stated they will need
sidewalk on the west side along with colored concrete where it crosses, and sidewalk on the north
side of the building. They want to maintain enough space for a possible future drive-thru. This was
tabled at ARC at their last meeting. Revised drawings should be coming in tomorrow or Monday.
This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: November Agenda
Rezoning — The 5 h and final phase of the B-3 rezone will be heard at the next meeting.
Jerry Begg's Property — Preliminary Design - N of Two Mile Drive, behind Teton Terrace. They
will be requesting annexation for 15 acres with an RA-2 zone. They plan to put in 320 units of
apartments, done in phases, and all will be rental units. There will be 24-plexes with a recreational
component in the middle of each one. Teton Street will be put through as a City Street, but
Yellowstone will be closed off from here as a private drive. Garages are planned all around the
outside of the complexes. Discussion was held. They are planning for 660 parking spaces.
OTHER REPORTS:
Sassy Nails — The project has been dropped completely. T. Jentz is meeting with another party
tomorrow who is interested in this location.
