A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTAIN REVISIONS TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF SILVERBROOK ESTATES PHASE 2, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
TRACT 3 AND A PORTION OF TRACTS 4 AND 5 OF CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY 15896
LOCATED WITHIN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 29
NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, P.M.M., FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell passed Resolution 5749 on January 4, 2016,
approving the preliminary plat for Silverbrook Estates Subdivision, Phase 2, subject
to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, Silvermont Properties, LLLP, the property owner, has made application to make
certain revisions to the preliminary plat of Silverbrook Estates Subdivision, namely,
by amending the square footage and height of the neighborhood commercial portion
of the PUD; and
WHEREAS, based upon the application submitted and all evidence provided to the City Council
in writing and orally at public hearing, it is in the best interests of the City of
Kalispell that the Silverbrook Estates Phase 2 Preliminary Plat be amended as set
forth below.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Preliminary Plat of Silverbrook Estates Subdivision, Phase 2,
Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana is hereby amended as follows:
2. The total footprint square footage for all buildings on the 13 commercial lots in Phase
2A shall not exceed 120,000 square feet. The footprint of the largest building shall
not exceed 25,000 square feet.
SECTION 2. Upon proper review and filing of the Final Plat of said subdivision in the
office of the Flathead County Clerk and Recorder, said premises shall be a
subdivision of the City of Kalispell.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL, THIS 21ST DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2017.
