MEETING MINUTES

Jeff Zauner called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM
Approval of Minutes: Jeff asked for a motion to approve the minutes. Nancy made that motion. Blake
seconded the motion to allow discussion. Doug discussed the minutes and administrative
control as they relate to State Law or City Code (Ordinance) that identifies the roles of
the Impact Fee Advisory Committee. Further discussion was held. Merna called to
approve the City Staff motion. Jeff. Aye. Not to approve the motion: Aye from all
others. The motion failed.
Merna called to amend the meeting minutes provided by the City Staff with portions of
the minutes provided by the Secretary of the committee. Discussion was held regarding
the portions. Blake made a motion to approve the amended minutes. Nancy seconded
the motion. The motion was approved 6-1.
Public Comment: None.
Agenda Items: Discuss Draft Stormwater Impact Fee Report
Discussion was held. Susie asked for everyone to submit questions by May 12.
Old Business: None.
New Business: Set Agenda, Date and Time of Next Meeting: May 23, 2017 at 4:00 PM
Jeff adjourned the meeting at 4:58 PM
