Design Guidelines and Management DocumentsGeneral Overview Glacier Town Center is intended to be developed in a managed process in order to insure quality for the Master Developer and the community. This general overview contains the documents that will guide the administration of the development review process through the implementation of the City's Architectural Review Guidelines and the sample agreements and restrictions. The City's Architectural Review Process, developer agreements, and the PUD submittal will serve to insure quality within the project. The attached exhibits contain a general explanation of the method of guiding the development review process for each of the parcels within the Commercial District. Various sample agreements and restrictions are hereby provided and are anticipated to be recorded against each of the Commercial Parcels within the Commercial District as final plats are issued. The following exhibits further outline the management process for Glacier Town Center: • Exhibit A: Commercial District Illustrative o Provides and overview of the distinct areas and their applicable sample agreements within the commercial district of Glacier Town Center. • Exhibit B: Construction, Operation and Reciprocal Easement Agreement, and Design Guidelines and Standards for the Lifestyle Center o Applies primarily to the Lifestyle Center • Exhibit C: Outparcel Easement and Restrictions Agreement o Applies to commercial parcels along Highway 93 • Exhibit D: Interior Commercial Declaration of Easements, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions o Applies to interior commercial lots • Exhibit E: City of Kalispell Architectural Design Standards o Applies to all future commercial buildings within the Glacier Town Center
