This easement will become effective upon the execution of this document and terminate when the site is closed by the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. The GRANTEE shall be responsible to restore all surfaces disturbed as the result of environmental operations to the same or better condition that existed at the time of installation of the groundwater monitoring wells.
