OLD BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
Mountain West Bank — 2260 Hwy. 93 S. — (preliminary review only) located next to
Jackola's new building. Jackola Engineering is doing the site work on this project. The
canopy attached to the building has is outside of both the setback and the utility easement.
The Subdivision Review Board wanted the southeast corner as a right turn only; the City
would not have a problem with that. The number of parking spaces could be a major issue,
depending upon whether the 2400 sq ft is a footprint or is the gross square footage (i.e. is
there a basement or a second floor?) — Toby stated that he was not sure. They will need
lighting, drainage, and landscaping plans. They will need to work with Fred Leistiko
regarding the airport heights. They will need sidewalks on the southern side of the property
and connect to the sidewalk that is next to the highway. Finish floor will match Jackola's
finish floor. Probably having a pedestrian crossing across the drive-thru lanes. Their electric
engineers will be doing their lighting plan. Jackola will be doing the landscaping plan. The
existing sidewalk will need to be made A.D.A. compliant. Fire is okay with this.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
None.
