Hear the Public: None.

Craig Kerzman, Building Official
F. Ray Ruffatto, Deputy Fire Marshal
Kathy Kuhlin, Recording Secretary
Kalispell Center Mall — They had a shortfall of three parking spaces that was made up due
to the bank's decision to eliminate the basement. Their primary issues are related to access
and they will coordinate with Mark. Parks doesn't have any other issues with the bond, and
fire has their own bond for this project.
Aspen Creek — Their bond expires tomorrow. They have not responded to our letters. They
have some minor clean up, and the punch list to complete at the lift station. They did not
build the cul-de-sac on the east side. Mark has sent a letter to our City Manager regarding
sending a letter to them tomorrow.
Hutton Ranch — Their bond has been reduced and extended.
OLD BUSINESS:
Tinseth — 750 N Meridian; new roof expansion — nothing new.
Morrison-Maierle — Old School Station; new office building — They have taken out the half
cul-de-sac that was related to fire access. They now show a future fire lane. Public Works is
looking for more information on drainage. We need more detail on the trees. Some of the
tress shown will grow too large for the drainage easement. PJ will send them a letter to
contact Chad about the landscaping. Fire flows are okay. The future fire lane will be
reviewed when they bring in the future addition. The bike path should have been built at the
time of plat approval. They can bond for it, but this is a requirement that it be put in. They
would need to grade the path flat and put some wood chips or gravel down. Sean willget the
plan from the County. No building plans have been received yet. This will be on the agenda
for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Stillwater 180 — Annexation of Mark Owens property south of Silverbrook.
Willow Creek — They are bringing in a revised preliminary plat with decreased density.
Glacier Lifestyle Center — Bucky Wolford's mall site project will be coming in soon. He
owns 300-400 acres total. This includes his residence and the commercial property.
OTHER REPORTS:
School District #5 — Peterson School will be doing a bathroom remodel and Elrod and
Russell are doing kitchen remodels. All these projects are strictly interior construction and
will not be on the site review agenda.
Flathead Bank — The sidewalk connection has been worked out with Frank. Their building
permit will be issued.
Lone Pine — they will be removing and replacing some sidewalks and some items on the lift
station. There is a discrepancy on the street names and signs. Ray will look into this.
Corner of Spring Prairie — Build out of balance of this corner with nine or ten buildings to
include several major stores and some strip mall type stores. They have a completion date set
of August, 2008.
