OLD BUSINESS:
Mountain Mudd — Nothing new so far. They may go with one window.
NEW BUSINESS:
Westbrook Square - Auto Mutt Dog & Car Wash - Sean will be taking this to Architectural
Review next Tuesday. Signs will be separate from this. There will be lighting canopies under
the vacuum islands. We will need cut sheets of what these will be along with a Lighting Plan.
Their parking numbers are good. Universal Athletics has a cross easement and won't
interfere with this. No problem with them backing out of their parking spots on the north
property line. They need to show what's existing and what is revised. Public Works will
need to look at the drainage issues. This will be on the agenda for next week.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Cottage View Estates — Phil Neuharth and D. J. Walker — Three Mile Drive on the south
side. All face into the open space in the middle. Their right-of-way along where the bypass
will be is 45 feet, with 60 feet right-of-way every where else. This will be on the agenda for
next week.
OTHER REPORTS:
None.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
