Main Street); Melony Cross (338 S. Main Street); Michael Blend (Westbrook Square car wash) None Mark moved to approve June 26 minutes; John seconded. Approved 4-0. Town Pump — no new information submitted Mountain Mudd (2267 Hwy 93 S) No new information submitted for meeting New Business: Whipp's Building (3rd St. E/Main St.) Discussion included reconstruction of the front of the building facing 3rd street east. The awning for the floral shop would be removed and glass panels would be placed in all three store fronts so that they all look the same. Entrances would remain unchanged. John moved to approve plans as presented; Mark seconded. Approved 4-0. Westbrook Square (Highway 2 West) Discussion of remodel of existing building into car wash service bays and dog wash. Michael Blend reviewed his proposed plans with the committee. The signage plan for the car wash is not complete but will include signage on both the building and on the detached Exxon sign along Hwy 2. Mark moved to accept plans as presented; Janet seconded. Approved 4-0 Other Discussion: 338 S. Main Owners were requesting to revise the front facade of the building with stained wood, split frame windows. Mark moved to accept the facade renovation as presented including plans for a business sign within the facade. Overall sign dimension would be required to be reviewed and approved by the planning department; Janet seconded. Approved 4-0 443 S. Main Owner was requesting to reconstruct the front of the building as it faces Main Street to its original design. Comments from the committee included placing a divider between the two store fronts to provide a visual separation between the store fronts. John moved to accept the elevations as presented with the condition that coloring and signage be reviewed and approved by the committee once a coloring scheme and signage plan for the building is completed; Mark seconded.
