PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell prides itself on giving back to the community, contributing to the quality of
R life among our citizens; and
WHEREAS the Flathead Count CASA for Kids program, in association with the National Court Appointed

Special Advocate (CASA) Association, speaks for the best interests of abused and neglected children who are involved
in our Court system; and
WHEREAS, through a national effort, Flathead County and City of Kalispell community members are
encouraged to join together to raise awareness for those children who are victims of abuse and neglect throughout the
month of April; and
w WHEREAS, this effort will give abused and neglected children in our community, and around the country, a
chance for a safe and positive future;
