State Statutes Lessor .rid Kalispell Hotel, LLC, a Montana Limited Liability Company, of P.O. Box 1068, 741 Lakeside Blvd., Lakeside, MT 59922 is made this da of November, 2006. RECORDED DECEMBER 11 2006 AS DOC. NO.2006-3355-22K The property that is the subject to this lease is described as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated fully herein by this reference. The parties of this lease agreement hereby agree to amend the above -described lease at ARTICLE III —RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF LESSEE, Paragraph E to state as follows: E. Parking and Access for Red Eagle Aviation. Until such time as the airport expansion is completed and the business known as Red Eagle Aviation is moved from its present location next to the subject premises, ten parking spaces within Tract 4 of the leased premises shall be designated as daytime (6:00am to ,(} 6:00pm) reserved parking for employee and guest parking of Red Eagle Aviation. u �- All other terms of the lease agreement remain unchanged by this amendment. � IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the day and �1 year first above written.
