City of Kalispell, a body politic and corporate created by Montana State Statutes, Lessor
and Kalispell. Hotels, LLC, a Montana Limited Liability Company, of P.O. Box 1068,
741 Lakeside Blvd., Lakeside, MT 59922 is wade this 2. day of November, 2006.

The property that is the subject to this lease is d.escribcd as set forth in Exhibit
'A'' attached hereto and incorporated fully herein by this reference.
The parties of this lease agreement hereby agree to amend the above -described
lease at ARTICLE I — TERM to state as follows:
The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of NINFI" -NI E (99)
years, commencing immediately, with the first payment beginning on the
date that Lessee receives its certificate of occupancy from the City of
Kalispell, and continuing for ninety-nim years, unless earlier terminated
under the provisions of this Agreement.
All other terms of the lease agreement remain unchanged by this amendment.
