MOTION,-. to approve the agenda dated April 5, 2016 and the minutes of March 1, 2016 by Tim Price
with a second from John Hinchey — approved unanimously
HEARING OF THE PUBLIC: Eric Robbins and Lee Kozlowski introduced themselves and indicated
interest in serving on the KBID Board of Directors

A couple of minor changes were made on the marketing piece. Pam received 2 quotes to print thl.,,,.
marketing piece and based on the quotes, Marshall made a motion to give the print job to Town
Printer and to have 1000 printed on 120# paper. John seconded the motion which passed
unanimously.
The board has also requested note paper for personal notes on the petition requests and 9 X 12
white mailing envelopes to be printed with the logo and return address.
ADJOURN-.- Motion to adjourn the meeting at 10:05 AM by Tim Price with a second by Debbie
Snyder. The motion passed unanimously.
