The board determined that the petitions should be mailed with a map and the marketing piece and
that a personal note from a board member would be added to the packet prior to mailing. The hope is
to mail the petons by the first part of April.
ADJOURN,-, Motion to adjourn the meeting at 1010 AM by John Hinchey with a second by Debbit
Snyder. The motion passed unanimously.
