OLD BUSINESS:
First American Title — 219 E. Center; new office building. Public Works has not received anything
on this yet. This is still tabled in ARC but they are getting close. This will be on the agenda next
week.
KRMC — 320 Sunnyview Lane; G.I. Building (new digestive health building). This will be going off
the north of the existing building, right near the Women's/Children's Clinic. They are planning for a
spring start. They have about 70 percent of their drawings in, but Public Works has not received any
plans for this yet. The PUD will probably go to the Planning Board Work Session on December 13th.
There will be a lot of review pending the PUD. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Lofts at Ashley - Airport Road & Teal - 82-Unit, 3-Story Complex — This was reviewed at this
week's meeting. The Planning Board recommended an RA-1 zoning that cut their density in half
which allows for a maximum of 55 units. They tabled the apartment complex design. The
neighborhood had a petition of 133, with about 25 neighbors standing up to voice their support of the
RA-1 zone. They will need to resubmit or see what the City Council does on December 5t''
School Site south of town — Jentz received an e-mail stating that they are moving forward on this.
No application has been received yet. Haskins stated that he thinks they have irrigation rights that we
would like to have transferred to the City. Annexation was discussed. Haskins stated that we will
probably need a well in this area.
Stampede Packing — No application or contact yet. Haskins received something from DEQ on this.
Jentz stated they are working on a boundary line adjustment first.
Core Area Re -Zoning — From Main to Third, and Center to Idaho. This will eliminate the setbacks
and increase the height and make some residential permitted use.
Ashley Park Phase 9 — We received plans for a 37-lot subdivision. They are now calling it the
Southside Estates. It's a triangular piece of property that goes down along the sound wall where it
ends next to Wisher's. They will be sprinklering all of the units because they don't have two
accesses. Nygren stated they have no options for connecting yet. The property owner to the east
does not want to give them an easement and doesn't want to sell. Rory informed Nygren that
according to their sound study, a two -foot berm with a six-foot fence will handle it.
OTHER REPORTS:
Lone Pine Trails — There will be a meeting on Monday at either 9:30 a.m. or 4:30 p.m. Haskins will
verify the time with them.
McDonald's — Plans have been received for their new building on Hwy 2 near Meridian. They will
be resubmitting electronically per Sorensen.
Glacier Village Greens, Phase 21 — Plans have been received for this project.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
