HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Kid Kare — They may need to bond for their sidewalk on Burns Way. Their Certificate of
Occupancy request is going out today.
Papa Murphy's — Haskins noted they still need to abandon their sewer service to the old building.
They also have some modifications to make to their Solid Waste enclosure. The landscaping is not in,
and Tabler will check to see if they put in their two ramps. They may need to bond for some of these
items.
OLD BUSINESS:
First American Title — 219 E. Center; new office building. Public Works has not received anything
on this yet. This is still tabled in ARC. The 6" sewer main coming down the alley is at full capacity.
Haskins noted that they will need to show us there is capacity or come up with a different solution.
This will be on the agenda next week.
KRMC — 320 Sunnyview Lane; G.I. Building (new digestive health building). This will be going off
the north of the existing building, right near the Women's/Children's Clinic. They are planning for a
spring start. Public Works has not received the plans for this yet. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Lofts at Ashley - Airport Road & Teal - 82-Unit, 3-Story Complex — The next meeting on this will
take place next week. The neighborhood has a list of five or so items they are requesting from the
developer, including a request for the RA-1 zoning that allows for 55 units. We have not discussed
garbage or mailbox locations with them yet.
Core Area Re -Zoning — From Main to Third, and Center to Idaho.
KRMC — The PUD will now be reviewed in December at a Work Session to discuss revising the
regulations for the PUD. The G.I. Building cannot go forward until this is completed.
OTHER REPORTS:
Insty Print — Jentz noted they pulled out some rock and put in some tall grass along the North Main
side. Fincher stated these changes meet all the Parks requirements.
By -Pass Speed Limit — Jentz also noted that presently, the speed limit on the by-pass is 55 m.p.h.
Freyholtz stated they will be re-evaluating that limit soon. Rademacher will check on the present
signage.
City Code & Code Enforcement — Sorensen stated that City Attorney Charlie Harball will be
meeting with everyone regarding code enforcement after Site Review today.
