2. Accept a $400,000 EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant
Acceptance of this grant would allow property owners to apply for a low -interest
loan to fund petroleum and hazardous material contamination assessments and
cleanup planning.
3. Ordinance 1776 — Second Reading — Eisin eg r Properties LLC Zoning
This Ordinance would create initial zoning of B-2 (General Business) on property
at 837 West Reserve Drive.
