EisingerProperties LLC Annexation and Zoning Eisinger Properties is requesting annexation and initial B-2 (General Business) zoning at 837 West Reserve Drive. a. Resolution 5783 — Annexation This Resolution would approve a request from Eisinger Properties to annex into the city a 4.45 acre parcel located at 837 Reserve Drive. b.
