A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PLANNING FEES To BE C14ARGED BY THE
CITY of KALISP S PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND DECIARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATA.
E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of KALISPELL AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I, That the City of Ka is e 's Planning Department is authorized and
directed to charge and collect such fees as contained in Exhibit "A"",
attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof.
SECTION 11, This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage by the
City Council and approval by the Mayor.
