Section 4. Whenever affidavit shall be made before the police magistrate of the city that any dog has bitten a perscn or any animal in said city and that the person so bitten was not at the, time possessor Ar said dog the police Magistrate shall issl€e all or- der directing tby owner or possessor J said ME to kill it within twehty-four hours after -eceiving so bh uder. No person shall break, open or injure the city pound on in any manner aid or advise the breakinE, opening or in- jurinC of the city nound, nor shall any person hinder, delay or obstruct any,officer while engaged in taking to the city pound any doe liable to be impounded under the provisions of this ord- inance. Any person who owns, keeps or harbors any dog with- out first obtaining,a,li:ease threfor shall be guilty of violating this ordinance and shall be subject to a fine as herein provded. Section 9. Any dog having the appearance of being made and any female running at large shall be killed forthwith. Section 10. The members of the Police force of the City shall have the same =thority in regard to the enforcement of the provision-, of this ordinance, as are conferred on the pound nasterl/ Section 11. Any person violating the provisions of this Ord- inance shall be deemed guilty of, misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not to exceed One hundred Dollars ($100.00) Section 12. Ordinance numbered 104 of the City of Kalispell as passed and apprved May 4th, 1900, is hereby repealed. Section 13. This ordi nance shall take effect thirty days after its passage and aTproval.
