1. Council Minutes — Regular Meeting — July 5, 2016
2. Acceptance of Fiscal Year 2016 Justice Assistance Grant
Acceptance of this grant would allow the Police Department to purchase two
portable radios, and assist in sending two investigators to Cellular Forensic
Training.
Ordinance 1773 — Second Reading - Planned Unit Development Amendment —
Courthouse East at 723 5th Ave. East
This Ordinance would approve a zone change to the PUD, allowing 29 units
instead of a maximum of 28 units.

Ordinance 1774 — First Reading — Amendment to the Kalispell Airport/Athletic
Complex Redevelopment Plan (now referred to as the South Kalispell Urban
Renewal District Plan)
This Ordinance would amend the City of Kalispell Airport/Athletic Complex
Redevelopment Plan to adopt and incorporate the April, 2016, draft of the South
Kalispell Urban Renewal Plan.
2. Resolution 5765 - Interlocal Agreement Amendment — City and Flathead County
Water & Sewer District No 1 (Evergreen) Boundary Line Amendment
This Resolution and Interlocal Agreement would amend the service area boundary
within the Evergreen District Sanitary Sewer Treatment Agreement.

Section 2-20 Manner of Addressing Council
a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated in
the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or microphone,
giving that person's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and
unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the Council to
three minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the
Council or Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted to
enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council, without the
permission of the Presiding Officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
