Be it further resolved that a sewer eight inches in diameter
be constructed in the center of the alley between four th and fifth
Avenues Bas t commencing at a point in the center of the alley
in HIM 100 at a point were the iao-rth.lot lines ofLots 2 and It
in said block intersect # the center of said alley, thence south
through the center of said alley to the center of Eleventh street,
at an estimated cost of $1700.00 1 which sum will be assessed

That said sewers shallbe constructed under the supervision
of the City Engineer, the material to, be of vitrified sewer pipe,
to be constructed by contract let to the 14west bidder after .e
notice for bids as required by law. That the cost of afunasaia
sewers shall be levied against the property as hereinbefore ppeci-
fied in proportion to the area of said properties. That a IeNT be
made against all of the aforesaid property according to the areas
thereof; requireing OR payment of said sewers to be made in three
equal annual installments,the first of which shall be paid in the
year 1908, and all deferred payments to bear interest at the rate
of 6 per annum, payable annually.
Beit further resolved that a notice be published in one issue
of the alispell Journal. before the 1st dqr of June 1908, notityi49
all: concerned that the city jouncil will meet in the city hall on
said l.st day of Jane 1908, at 8 cis cl ock P. h to hear and enter-
tain objecticns to the construction of said sewer, either by the
owner or agents of the property to be affected thereby.
