BE IT RESOLVED BY T-YDR, OTTY COUNCIL OP THE CITV OF KAMM&
That Ordinance No. WS as passed and approved Jan-
uary 4th, 1909, relating tu license of persons, associations
or corporations selling spdrituoys, vinsons, nalt or fermented
liquors be, and the same is, hereby amended to read as follows: -
See. 1. Every person, association or corporation that is
spirituous, ,,.-alt or fermented liquor in less quantities
than one quart shall pay a license to the City of Kalispell
of One Ahndred thirty-seven and 50/100 Dollars (0137.00) per
quarter.
Sec. 2. All ordinances and parts of o7dinances in conflict
with the anove provisions are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall be in M11 force and qffect
thirty days Mom aW after its passage and approval.
