A RESOLUTION OBDERING T11111E, EXTIE171,1SION OF TBE %ATER
OF THE NORTHERN IDAHO AND MO�7ANA POWER COMPANY.
BE !T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RALISFELL.
That the Northern Idahn and Montana Power Company be re-
quired and is hereby required in accordance with the provision
of Ordinance No.21 haretafore passod, to extend its water mains
as follow2:
BeginnKF at the end'of the present water iain at the
intersection of Second Avenue West an& Tenth Stroet, and run-
ning thence Scuth along the wost sidu of Second Avenue West to
Twelfth street, a distance of two blocks.
Beginning at the end of the precent water �aln at the
intersoction of ?irst Avenue West and Twnth ZLreet and runnirg
thence soulh alonF the west side of First Avenue West, to Twelfth
Street , a distance of two blocks.
BeginnlnE,at the end of the present water naln ut the
intersection of Sixth Avenue East and Sixth Strnet, running
thence south along the west Que of said Sixth AVenue,Eaat,
to HiL-bth Street, a distance of two blocks.
Permission Is hereby given the Northern 1daho and Mont-
ana Power Company to use wooden mains wrapped with wire in the
ab=6 extensions.
The City Clark is horeby ordered to serve a copy of this
resolution together with an order requiring said exten5ions
upon tho said Northern 1daho and Montuna Power Company.
