RESOLUTION.
A RESOLUTION ESTABLI1RING SPECIAL iMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO-73 AND PROVIVIC POR T E CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWZR W-HIN THY
BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT.
BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'TEE CT9_T OF KALI�,ii'ZLL�
That it is the intention of We City Council of the Uity
of Kalispell to create a new special improvement district to be
known as special jmprovement distri-t No.73 for the purpose of con-
structing a sower therein, the boundaries of said District to in-
clude all of Blocks numbered 202, 203P W, 207, ROB, and south
half of Block 198 of the 2nd and 3rd Addition to the Townsite of
Kallsuell, Montana.
Said Special improvement District herein above dearibed
to be improved by constructing a sawcr from the Center of Eleventh
Areet North throuCh the allqy ir said blocks betwoen fifth and
sIxth avenueo east bo a point one hundred ard fifty feet nopth
01 the south line of block 196, said se war to be 8 inches in dia-
meter and constructV of vitrolized sewer pipe.
The approximate cost of said sewer is Ve sum of$ -----------
aM the same shall be paid by special assessments upon all of the
assessable property within said Special Improvment District, ex-
clusive of streets, alleys and public places, and each piece or
Parcel of land within 5aid district shall pay that proportion of
post of said improvmerts as the area thereof bears to the area
011the entire district, ezciusive of stroets, alleys and puilic'
piaoas.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to caused to be pub-
lished in the Kali2peli Bee for at least one issue for the full
time required by law therefor, said Kalinpell Bee beinZ a news-
papar of general circulation in the City of Kalispell, Montana,
giving notice of the intention on the part of said City Council
to make said improvements, notifying all owners or agents of prop-
erty to be affected or benefited thoreby, that the said City Coun-
cil will anot on the 25t day of April 1009 in the Council cham-
bers in the City Hall, Kalispell, Montana, to consider any object-
ions to the final establishment of said District, at which time
any person intorested may appear and protest against the creation
of said District.
it is furthered ordered by the City -ouncil that all assess-
ments levided again2t said property w0hin said special improve-
ment district shall be paid in three equu! installments or payments,
t e first of which shall be paid in the year 1910 and all deferred
payments to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum,
payable annualy.
