City Hall First Floor Conference Room
Attendance: Ken Benesh, Bruce Tulloch, Scott Harrison, Scott Richardson, Doug Russell- City Manager,
Thomas Westall, Dan Skalsky, Chris Morton.
Call to Order: In the absence of a chair, Doug Russell called the meeting to order at 4:OOpm.
Public Comment: None.
Information was presented on items requested at the previous meeting, including 1) there does not
appear to be any deed restrictions on City owned property at the airport, 2) FAA financing requirements
for airports, 3) state laws regarding referendum and initiatives, and 4) state laws regarding airport
authorities.
General discussion was held regarding the report from CTA Architects on the South Kalispell Urban
Renewal Plan Update and the potential of providing comment regarding each of the options. It was
agreed to continue this meeting on March 9, after the Urban Renewal Agency meets and also after the
City Council holds their first work session on the update.
Meeting adjourned at approximately 5:10pm.
