Attendance: Ken Benesh, Bruce Tulloch, Scott Harrison, Scott Richardson, Doug Russell- City Manager,

Parker, John Talmage.
Call to Order: In the absence of a chair, Doug Russell called the meeting to order at 4:OOpm.
Public Comment: None.
General discussion was held regarding the report from CTA Architects on the South Kalispell Urban
Renewal Plan Update. It was agreed to continue this meeting in two weeks. Information was requested
for the next meeting regarding potential deed restrictions on the airport property, referendum and
initiatives, airport authorities, and FAA financing requirements.
Meeting adjourned at approximately 5:20pm.
