THIS INI.)ENTAHE, made this 22nd day of July, 1932, between the STATE OF MONTANA, STATE
HIGHWAY COMMISSION OF' THE STATE OF MONTANA, party of the first part, and the CITY OF KALISPEL
COUNTY OF FLATHEAD, STATE OF MONTANA, a municipal corporation, organized and existing under
and by virtue of the laws of the State of Fontana, party of the second part.
WX.TxNZSSLTi, that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar (1.00) now paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the said party of the second part .Forever released and discharged
;therefrom, he does remise, release, sell, convey and quit -claim unto the said party of
the second part all right; title, interest, claim and demand which said party of the first

part .has in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land situated in the Coun
of Flathead, State of Montana, and known and described as follows, to -wit;
A tract of Land in the:NBt NW4 of Section 20, T.-28'W., R. 21 W., Q.P.M., Flathead
County, Montana, more particularly described as follows: �
All that land in said NBj NW4 lying between.the easterly right-of-way line of the
texisting,00unty road and aline parallel to and SO feat westerly, when measured at right
angles, from the following described center line: Beginning at a point on the south line
of said NE4 NW4 of Section 90, which said point bears westerly along said south line a
Idistance of 651.7 feet, more or less, from the southeast corner of said NEB NW4; thence :from
the said point of beginning, northerly along..a curve to the right of 2865.0.feet radius,
1212.4 feet; thence N. luo '49' W.., 58& 1 feet, thence along a curve to the left of 1432.5 feetP
