A RTC SO?, TO EXTUTISH SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT -NO. Z5.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the city of Kalispell;
That its is the intention of said city council to create a
new Soecial Improvement District to be known as Special Improvement
District Wov 35, for the purpose of constructing cement sidewalks
on each side of the avenue therein, the conndaries, of which said
Special ImprovmentnDistrict are to be as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the center line o0the alley
between Main Street and First Avenue Vest, *ith Fifth,StreelythAnee
south through said alley to it intersection with ninth street .
thence west in the center of Ninth Street to its intersection with
the center line of the alley between First and Second Avenues West,
thence north through tho center of said alley to its intersection
with the center of Fifth street, thence east in the center of
Fifth Street to the place of beginning, said district to include
tho East half of Blocks 87, 84, 107, 114, and the West half of Blocks
86, 95, 106 and 115.
Said Special InVrovement herein above described to'he 01roved
as follows; by constructing cement sidewalks five feet in w0th, on
said First Avenue West, within the above described limits according
to the specification for cement sidewalks as set forth in Section 2
of Article II of Chapter XII of tie Revised Ordinances of 1899,
as amended by Ordinance No. 197, paased and apprpved July 20th, 1908.
The approximate coat of said improvements it the IN of $2150'.00
and the same shall be paid by special assessmentsnupon :411 of thle
assessable property within said Special Inprqvement District,
exclusive or street;,alleys and public places, andaeahz piece or
parcel of land within said district shall pay that proportion of
cost of said improvements as the area thereof bears to 0A area of
the entire district exclusive of streets, alleys and public places.'
Be it further resolved that notice be published in the Kalispell
Journal for at least one issNe for the fujltime required by 1,121
therefor, said Kalispell Journal being a neWspaper of general
circulation im said City of Kalispell, hbntana, giving noticeof the
intention on the part of said City Oauncil to make said imjjrovem_�ents
notifying all owners or agents of the property within said Special
Improvement District No. 35, to be affected or benefited thereby,
that said City Council of the City of Kalispell will neat on the
3rd dal of August, 1908 at 6 o'clock P.M,. in the Council Claubers
at the City B111, Kalispell, Montana, to consider any objections to
be the final establishment of said Special Improvement of said
Special Improvement District, which said objections most be written
and filet with the City Clerk on or before -said date.
It is further, ordered by the City Council, that all assess- -
meets levied ab,inst said property within said Special Improve-
ment District Ny. 35 shall be paid in eight equal installments or
payments, the first of whdch shall be paid in the year 1908, and
all deferred payments to be interest at the rate of six perceAt

per annum, payable annually*
