Resolution - Sewer Construction in Districts 3, 4 & 5A RESOLUTION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS WITHIN DIRTR CTS
NUMBERS THREE, YOUR AND FIVE.
EREAS , it is the sense of the majority vote of the City
Council of the City of KAlispellOntana, that it is necessary for
zani tarsi paxposexthat a sewer be constructed through certain parts
of Sewer Districts Laos. 3, 4 & 5:
BE IT THEREFORE RESGLVED, that a sewer fifteen inches in diame-
ter be constructed from the intersection of the Alley between First
and Second. Avenues East with Eleventh Street and from thence weet in
Eleventh Street to the center of the alley between Second and Third
Avenues West, at a total estimated cost of $3342.00, to be assessed
to the following described ibed property, to -wit:
Lots 3,4,5,617J,9 and 10 in Flock 100, all of 'docks 101,120,
1.19, 102 and 99 in Sewer District No.4, and Lots lj2,3,4,5,6,7,8,
of Block 82 in Sewer District No.3, and Blocks 1.21,137, 1.35, 136, 122,
123,'!35,1.40,141,1.34,124,11'7 and 104, Lots 4,5,6,7,S,9,1..0,11,12,1.2,1.4a
15F16,17,1S,19,20,21,22,23,24 of block 85, blocks 96,105,I25,133,142�

Be it further resolved that a sewer twelve inches in diameter
be constructed in the center of the alley between First Avenue East
and NAM Street, from he center of Fifth Street to the center of
Eleventh Street, at a total estimated cost of $3674.45, of WAch
amount the e ti ated sum of 3230.50 or a proportionate part of the
real cost thereof , shall be aosessed, against Blocks 851 96, 1050East
?calf of Block 1.16, dock 125 and 133 in Seger District No.5, and the
remainder of the total coast as estimated, or the sum of $433.95, or a
proportionate part of the actual cost shall be assessed to block
571 58, 63, 64, 77 78, 83, 84, 97 and 98 in Sewer District No.l,and
Blocks 803 61 and 60 in Serer District Nc.2, and Lots 10� 11 and 12
of Block 82 in Sewer District No.3, and Blocks 76, 103, 43, 38, 39,
42, 592 52 and 79, and Lots 1,2,1.1. and 12 of Black 100, Blocks 81,
41, 402 and Blocks 1.,20,21 in the original tc rnsite cf the City of
Kalispell, and Blocks 1.92, 194, 395, 197 and 196 in Addition I-To.2
to the City of 'Kalispell, and that certain tract of land 300 Feet
long and 250 Feet wide just south ®f Block 21, and that certain
tract of Band 350 Feet bang and. 250 feet pride just south of Block
21, and that c erta i tract of land 350 feet Long and 250 feet wide
just Forth of Block 40, all in Sewer District -No.4, and Blocks 36,
37,44,45,5E and 65, all in Sewer District I c.5.
Be it ftrther resolved, -that a sewer eight inches it diameter
e constructed in the c-enter or the -alley between First and �ecc:nd
A enues East, running south from the south side of ;seventh Street
through said alley to the center of Eleventh Street, which said sewer
is estimated tc oc t the sm of $160G.00, which shall be aF e=used to
the following ro erty, to -wit: Blocks 1042 1173 124 and 134 in
Sewer District No*5.
That said sewers shall be c en t ruc t ed under the supervision of
