WHEREAS, upon the advice and recommendation of Thomas, Dean & Hoskins, Engineers

tions have been found necessary and adviseable, and in the best interests of the
City; and said changes and alterations could not have been necessarily forseeable

WHEREAS, it appears in the best interests of the City to approve said changes

are agreed to in writing, signed by the contractor, as hereby approved by the
Council, this approval the -roof shall be in effect.
