The amWaled date for completion of all work now is Oct. 17, 1979 JUSTIFICATION Due to typical subsurface soils found within this project location, it was necessary to overexcavate in several areas to obtain acceptable soil conditions. The overage in A0 MIX is attributed to the paving extending beyond the intersections.
