A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, TO BE KNOWN AS PEDERSON ADDTTION.NO. 106 AND TO FIX
THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON; TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLICATION
OF NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.
WHEREAS, Odean R. Pederson and Rosemary Pederson have made
petition to the City of Kalispell for annexation to said City
of certain territory to be known as Pederson Addition No. 106;
and
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat thereof has been reviewed and
considered in accord with the laws of the State of Montana and
the subdivision regulations of the City of Kalispell by the
Kalispell City -County Planning Board and said Board has, by
communication dated July 3, 1979, recommended that said petition
be granted under certain conditions; and it appears that said
conditions are or will be adequately satisfied, and that it is
to the best interest of the City of Kalispell that said petition
be granted,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
i. It is the intention of the City of Kalispell that terri-
tory comprising Pederson Addition No. 106 shall be annexed to the
City of Kalispell and shall be classified Residential R-4
classification as provided by the City of Kalispell Zoning Ordi-
nance adopted November 30, 1977. Said territory is more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Lot 10 of Block 2 of Sunset Addition, according to the
map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana.
2_ A public hearing on said petition for annexation will
be held by the Kalispell City Council at its regular meeting held
in the Council Chambers of the Kalispell City Hall commencing at
7:30 P.M. on the 10th day of September —, 1979.
3, The City Clerk will forthwith prepare and publish in
the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper published at Kalispell,
Montana, proper notice of said public hearing. said petitioners
shall pay all costs of publication of said notice.

dated November 15, 1977 as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, a-.e
hereby approved; and
1. As soon as the price to be paid for said -Iterations and modifications
are agreed to in writing, signed by the contractor, as hereby approved by the
Council, this approval thereof shall be in effect.
