A RESOLUTION TO ESTIMATE THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STA.FPTS AND
AVENUES IN WATER SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1, AND OF THE INTENTION OF
LEVYING AND ASSESSING THE COST TIIEREOF .FOR THE YEAR 1979•
BE' IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. That the entire cost of the Water Sprinkling District No. I
for the year 1979 is estimated to be $16,145.00.
SECTION II. That it is the intention of the City Council to levy and
assess a tax in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land within said district as shown by the special assessment
lists on file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION III. The amount of said tax shall be levied on a lineal.foot
basis at the rate of $1.10 per lineal foot thereof.
SECTION IV. The City Council will hold a public hearing on said intent
of levy and assessment before final adoption thereof; said public hearings
shall be held at the regular meeting of the City Council to be held in
the City Council Chambers at 7:30 P. M. on April 2, 1979. The City Clerk
will give notice of said public hearing as provided by law.
