be it hereby resolved:
1. The alterations and modifications of_the specifications and plans of the
contract between the City of Kalispell and Stewart & J,anP.- ,

hereby approved; and
2. As soon as the price to be paid for said alterations and modifications
are agreed to in writing, signed by the contractor, as hereby approved by the

#156, 157, 124, 125 and 107 substitute vinyl asbestos tile and vinyl base
in leiu of ceramic tile. All areas where ceramic tile is removed and no
finish floor is installed shall receive one coat of concrete hardner.

C. Delete all concrete hardner under carpeted areas.

D. Install single control air compressor in lieu of duplex unit.
E. Change boilez specified to a cast-iron sectional type and change
gas vent to comply with the gas compaxvrts regulations.

of type 2.
