Under Section 02500 Site Drainage, delete all work north of the existing water building except storm drain line which is to be installed from the new storm drain to the property line. Under Division 4 Masonry delete brick pavers as indicated on sheet A3 and addendum r1 and in lieu of the brick install concrete with scored joints the same as indicated on sheet A3. -2- B. Substitute 8 inch high CIIU in lieu of the specified 4 inch CIV. C. Eliminate masonry screen wall at the alley in back of the existing water buildin , also wood gate. D. Eliminate pre -cast concrete maso=y cap and in lieu of install 4 51811 x 311 x 24" concrete block cap. Planters to be a heavy weight concrete block cap 4 5/8" x 8" x 24". Deduct S9,175.00 8. A. Eliminate oak transoms and frames above doors. B. Eliminate wood gate, counters, desk and wood base in W.C. C. Under Section 08120 Aluminum Entrances and Fixed Window Framing, paragraph 2.2, B, subparagraph 1, substitute 190 series in lieu of mediuuxa sine 350 entrances, single acting. Deduct $700.00 11. Section 08365 Overhead Doors per paxagraph 2.3 type required. A. Substitute 424 series overhead door 600 wide x 810 high. door. B. At Room 108 - Apparatus Room, substitute the (3) garage doors on the east elevation to overhead doors 724 series, wood insulated flush doors with 3 rows of glass in lieu of specified doors. Substitute overhead steel, series 1�24 at the (2) doors on the west elevation with 3 panels of glass per door. All doors to have (2) coats of paint applied. Deduct OP7,000.00 12. Section 03700 Finish Hardware, substitute the following hardware in lieu of the specified hardware: Change Butt hinges from 1900 Stanley to 4181 Lawrence CB1900 11 to BB4101 f� CB1960 to BB4101A " CB1901 E to BB5151 " cB1961 " to BB5151A 11 Change Butt finish from US10B to US 10. Section 11880 delete pistol lockers as specified, provide (2) type sheet metal lockers similar in design to those specified. Deduct $700.00 1Lt. Section 08800, paragraph 2.1, substitute the bullet resistant glass between Rooms 141 and 137 and the (2) relites on each side of Door r48 to double laminate riot glass. Deduct $288.00 15. 09300, Tile, eliminate all tile with the exception of Room 207. In Rooms #156, 157, 124, 125 and 107 substitute vinyl asbestos tile and vinyl base in leiu of ceramic tile. All areas where ceramic tile is removed and no finish floor is installed shall receive one coat of concrete hardner. Paint walls where ceramic tile is omitted. Deduct $5,769.00 16. A. Section 09900 Painting and Section 09950 Wall Covering, eliminate all wall coverings with the exception of Rooms 7114102 and 7142. These rooms to be covered as specified. Where wall coverings are eliminated apply (2) coats of paint. B. Substitute enamel paint in lieu of epoxy paint throughout the project. C. Delete all concrete hardner under carpeted areas. Deduct $5,341.00 17. section 10160 Toilet Partitions and Urinal Screens, substitute "Weiss" baked enamel screens in lieu of specified materials. Deduct 1p247.00 18. Section 09600 Wood Floors, delete this section in its entirety and sub- stitute Mirray Quaxry Tile by American Olean or equal. Deduct p625.00 19. Division 15 Mechanical, delete or substitute the follooaing items: A. Delete insulation on supply ducts for MIU--4. B. Delete reoanva.ssing of exposed piping as called out in specifications. C. Delote day-n4gl programmer, Specification Section 15900.9.L, and substitute 7-day program clock. D. Install single control air compressor in lieu of duplex unit. E. Change boilez specified to a cast-iron sectional type and change gas vent to comply with the gas compaxvrts regulations. Deduct ` 7 45.00 4- 0 0 -4- 20. Division 16 Electrical, delete or substitute the following items: A. On Sheet E-I omit 6 prescolite fixtures, bases, conduit and. wire. B. Rough-iri for sound system in council room with, conduit and outlet boxes only. C. Use standard W. P. outlets in lieu of G.F.I. outlets as specified. D. Use standard Fl. boxes in lieu of cast boxes as specified. E. Remove skirts from Panel boards, omit shunt trip for main breaker, furnish class QTa (G.E.) panel in lieu of AVA SWBD. F. Leave out clocks but install clocks outlets. G. Substitute #37-1 walk lights in lieu of 7#22 as specified. H. Use moldcast XA156 flood lights on flag pole in lieu of jlrt2PA as specified. I. Use standard specified grade devices in lieu of that specified. J. Substitute one type 1#3 in lieu of type -#1 and five type 4A in lieu of type 2.
