NOTICE
The City Council of the City of Kalispell will hold a public hear-
ing, at which time any taxpayer may be heard on the following resolution
at the time and place set forth therein:
RESOLUTION N0. 3124
A RESOLUTION DLCLAR.ING THAT AN Ei,MGENCY EXISTS AYD THAN IT IS
NECESSARY TO MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED BY THE
1976-77 BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FM.
WM'iMAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen in
an amount of $3,000.00 in the budget of the Fire Department for unanticipated
overtime salary requirements; and
WREREAS, it is therefore necessary to budget this revenue to cover the
necessary additional expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP KALISPL"'
that by reason of the facts hereinabove stated an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and an expenditure of $3,000.00 in excess of the 1976-77
Fire Department Budget in the General Fund is necessary; protests if any,
shall be heard at 5:00 P.M. on the 28th day of June, 1977 at the specie.
