A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND AVENUES
WITH OIL AND DUST CONTROL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT AND LEVYING AN
ASSESSMENT FOR SAME FOR THE YEAR 1976.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of Oil Sprinkling District for the
year 1976 is estimated to be $101,000.00.
SECTION 2. That the assessment is hereby levied, on all lots or parcels
of land within the city limits abutting a paved street, as follows:
$0.0002,square foot.
SECTION 3. All lots, parcels of lots or tracts within the City, not
abutting or actually fronting or touching upon a city street or avenue,
shall not be assessed.
SECTION 4. The assessments are made pursuant to city special property
records on file in the office of the City Clerk.
