HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Beehive — They will be posting a Performance Bond for their C of O to cover landscaping, fencing,
and striping related to their handicapped parking. This may also include the bike path.
OLD BUSINESS:
Kalispell Regional Medical Center— 310 Sunnyview; ER Addition/Renovation. Public Works is
ready to approve this contingent on receiving the encroachment easement from the attorneys. This is
passed through Site Review.
Spring Prairie Phase IV — overall site development plan. We still don't have a finalized landscaping
plan. The MDT approvals have not been received yet. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Meridian Mini Storage — expansion of existing facility. This is approved through Site Review. We
will need to get Parks to sign -off on this before they can have their Building Permit.
Kalispell Oral Surgery — 180 Timberwolf, new clinic. Public Works is waiting on an easement and
information on the sizing of their Swale. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Immanuel Lutheran — 185 Crestline; Phase 1 expansion. Sorensen stated it is not clear on their
plans what their Phase 1 expansion is regarding the buildings. Public Works does not have the
Engineering Reports, Storm Design Report, and the check list. It still needs to go through ARC.
This will be on the agenda for next week.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Nothing new.
